How does the membership work?

1. Select Membership
Choose which service or membership best fits your PR needs.

2. Intake Form
Once you decide which membership you will purchase, you will fill out our publicist intake form.

3. Service Agreement
Once we receive your intake form, we will send you a service agreement to read and sign so that we can get things started!

4. Every Thursday: Submit Media Request Form
Our membership is called “systematic” media relations because we structure our system in a way that is efficient for you in your media outreach. Every Thursday we will email you a digital form to request the media contacts you need for the coming week.

5. Every Monday: Receive Your Customized Media List for the week
Your media contact request forms should be submitted no later than Friday 3pm CST and you will receive your customized media list of 25 contacts to pitch for the week by 12pm CST every Monday.
***Note: The best days to pitch are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

6. Every Friday: Receive Media Leads to Pitch
Every Friday, you will be emailed (National & Regional) media leads to pitch your client directly to the editor. This is great, additional contacts to include in your pitch plan for the week. We try to get media leads at least 2 weeks in advance. Pitch deadlines are also included.

7. Last Week of the Month: 5-7 Relevant Topic Ideas
The last week of the month, you will receive 5 to 7 relevant topic ideas that will help you angle your pitches for the next month. This is a great way to grab the media’s attention as well as plan themed content for your clients.

8. PR Support Group
Our PR Support group will be held in a private server in Discord.
Discord is quickly becoming the internet’s primary meeting place, whether you need a virtual space to collaborate, create or just chat with other publicists on all of the ups and downs of public relations, this will be a private space of beneficial support available to you 24/7.
